Testing Procedure

Four Gmail accounts have been created to help test onboarding and placement of an account into a targeted Commission Plan.

  • Use the Plan 1 account when onboarding a Provider Partner into Commission Plan 1.
  • Use Plan 2 and Plan 3 accounts to test placement of these accounts into those plans.
  • Providers Partners can opt-out of participating in the Commission Plan Program. Use Plan None for a Partner who opts out and follow the consequences of that decision.
  • Naming conventions for the account allows for easy tracking of a new Provider Partner as the campaign progresses

 

Before using these accounts:

  1. Delete all emails in each account.
  2. Delete the Contact and Referral Partner records in Infusionsoft for each account so that the entire campaign will be used.

Onboarding a New Provider Partner

Entering Into the Campaign Sequence

Go to the Partners website:  Home ( https://nutritionfactors.com )

  1. Read the information on the homepage.
  2. Start a campaign for onboarding a new Partner by clicking the Apply Today! button at the bottom of the page.

Known Anomalies

If you hit enter before completing a form, or if you don’t enter data into a required field, Infusionsoft redirects you to their back-end form (which is really ugly) to force you to get it right.
