Nutrition Factors offers three commission plans:

  • Plan 1 – Member Support & Team Member
  • Plan 2 – Business Builder
  • Plan 3 – Leadership & Team Lead

These plans vary in levels of commission and participation.  They are designed to fit your individual circumstances and support your business goals!  You can also choose to not participate.

Please read the sections About Provider Partners and How Commission Are Paid.  Click the tab for each Commission Plan and review the terms and conditions carefully.  Choose the plan that works best for you today.  Later, you can choose a different Commission Plan as your goals change.

Commission Plans

Commission Plan 1 (Member Support / Team Member)

Designed For:  Professionals and Coaches who:

  • want to contract their services and expertise to Nutrition Factors members and potential members
  • want to use the Nutrition Factors Wellness Platform for referred clients
  • don’t want to find their own clients
  • are new to coaching and would benefit from mentoring

Status: Member Support-Team Member

Your Cost: Free

Description: This commission plan is for the Affiliate Partner that doesn’t want to subscribe to their own personalized Coaching Portal but would rather work with Nutrition Factors independently to follow-up on referrals on an “as needed basis” from the company.  There is no fee for the coaching portal. The coaching portal and client referrals are owned by Nutrition Factors. However, the Coach does not have the luxury of branding the Coaching Portal with their personal credentials and must work within the Company’s pricing structure and the guidance of their mentor.

Facts:

Receive referrals from Nutrition Factors’ client services or a Team Lead. It is understood by the Affiliate Partner that referral leads are generated and paid for by the Company’s effort to market the Nutrition Factors’ products and services and Affiliate Partner does not pay for use of the coaching or telehealth portal, therefore the commissions are lower than commission plan 2.

  • Nutrition Factors provides the business opportunity.  The Affiliate Partner benefits from our marketing effort. This is a turn-key service for the Affiliate Partner.
  • Affiliate Partner schedules clients on their own time and guides the client.  The Company does not get involved between the Affiliate Partner and the client as the counseling session is confidential and the coach should be educated enough to give proper advice.  The Company is the broker of the opportunity and the coach is an independent contractor.
  • The Affiliate Partner guides and decides the course of action for the client.
  • Use the Nutrition Factors platform, telehealth and NF Gym to Coach referred clients.
  • Affiliate Partner cannot coach referred clients outside of the Nutrition Factors platform.
  • Affiliate Partner does not set fees or charge client for any additional fees.
  • Company reserves the right to reassign client if the client’s rating of the coach is below acceptable rating.
  • Company has the right to monitor the relationship between client and team lead, should a complaint come to fruition.
  • Affiliate Partner works under the direction of a team lead.

Your Commission:

  • Commission for Services – Receive commissions for coaching services rendered. Nutrition Factors sets the fee.

  • Proof of liability insurance
  • Licensure or Certification in your field of practice
  • W-9, 1099
  • Pay Pal Account (to receive payments from NF)
  • Non-Solicitation Agreement
    • You agree that you will not circumvent or otherwise provide services to clients referred to you by Nutrition Factors, except through Nutrition Factors Wellness Platform.

 

 

Commission Plan 2 (Business Builder)

Designed For:  Professionals and Coaches who:

  • already have or want to build their business
  • want to use the coaching portal to manage their clients
  • want to connect with clients through the Nutrition Factors platform
  • want to market their own services to local businesses and on social media
  • want a personalized Web Portal
  • want to set their own fees
  • want to use their own programs
  • may want to earn commission on Nutrition Factors’ products or services through the Affiliate Partner program
  • connect with clients through the Nutrition Factors platform

Status: Independent Contractor, Team Member

Your Cost: $99.99/mo.  (Coaching Portal Subscription)

Description:

This plan is for a Coach who is very serious about building their Telehealth business and marketing their own business and services on social media and to local businesses in their area or State.  Gain Access to tools and products you need to Interact with your clients. You set your own coaching fees.  Use your own custom programs or ours, for one-on-one coaching.

You keep 100% of your coaching fees that you find independently. Bill clients directly at the time-of-service through the provided Telehealth portal and get paid instantly.   Earn commissions on Nutrition Factors products and services sold.

Facts:

  • A telehealth portal is provided with your coaching portal. You will need to set up a stripe account to receive payments from your clients. Stripe charges a merchant service fee to process the payment. Payments from clients for your personal coaching services goes directly to your account.

Your Commission:

  • You keep 100% of your coaching fees. Bill directly through your personalized telehealth portal
  • Earn commissions on Nutrition Factors products and services
  • If Nutrition Factors provides referrals from clients who have purchased a pre-paid package, the Affiliate Partner will receive a commission to counsel the client.

You will receive a Coaching portal where you can personalize it with your name and brand, fitness app, a HIPAA complaint (personalized) telehealth web portal with video chat, instant billing, screenshare, three way calling, file transfer, and waiting room. Depending on State and Zip Code, referrals will be assigned accordingly.

  • Business Account- It is recommended that you set up an LLC or corporation

Commission Plan 3 (Leadership-Team Lead)

Designed For:  Professionals and Coaches who:

  • want to be a Nutrition Factors’ Influencer-see description below
  • want to use the coaching portal to manage their clients
  • want to help other coaches get started
  • want to oversee a team of coaches
  • want to train and assist their team members
  • want to receive coach referrals from commission plan 1 in designated regions (see agreement)
  • want to be a Guest Speaker on podcasts and webinars
  • want to receive client referrals (see agreement)
  • will assign client referrals to other coaches on their team
  • oversee client referrals assigned to Affiliate Partners on their team
  • already have or want to build their business using Telehealth services
  • want to market their own services to local businesses and on social media
  • want a personalized Web Portal
  • want to set their own fees
  • want to use their own programs
  • want to earn higher commissions on Nutrition Factor’s’ products or services through the Affiliate Partner program for training and assisting other coaches
  • want to lock in the monthly Coaching portal fee at $49.99/mo.
  • want to submit corporate suggestions. One-time bonus to Coach if the suggestion is accepted.
  • want to be spotlighted/recognized on the Nutrition Factors blog and in Newsletters for achievements.
  • want to contribute to the blog with your personal name, company and bio on post with a link back to your Coaching Portal. However, all posts will be moderated and may not be accepted.
  • receive 10 bottles of whey protein powder- 5 chocolate and 5 vanilla

Status: Independent Contractor, Team Lead

Cost: $2,500 (one-time payment) plus $49.99/mo

Description

Help others get started, mentor other Affiliate Partners ongoing and watch your team grow. If you have leadership qualities and would like to mentor other coaches, you can earn a higher, on-going commission by training, assisting and mentoring other Affiliate Partners.  In order to qualify to become a team leader, you must know the Nutrition Factor’s platform extensively in order to train and assist other Affiliate Partners.

You will get paid on Nutrition Factors sales from team members (personal coaching commissions excluded).  If you choose to take on the responsibility that comes with the Team Leader position, you will be expected to assist, train and mentor other Affiliate Partners. These Affiliate Partners will look to you for guidance and help. Nutrition Factors’ compensates Team Leaders for this service; therefore, you must be willing to mentor. 

Nutrition Factors’ Influencer

An influencer is someone that leads, guides, directs and influences others to make decisions.    They are dedicated to their trade and are people of authority that stand out in their field.  If this sounds like you, you are invited to collaborate with Nutrition Factors. Be seen on Nutrition Factors home page with a link to your coaching portal and be spotlighted on our blog and newsletters.

Facts

  • Nutrition Factors has the capabilities to generate leads free membership signups. The new member can request a consultation with one of our partners. These new memberships are distributed to team leads where they are shared with the team leads’ network of coaches.
  • Finding clients can be time consuming, difficult and expensive. You have an opportunity to be a part of a program that helps you build your business. What is this worth to you?
  • Owning your own business and trying to do it all yourself can be stressful. The Nutrition Factors tools does a lot of the heavy lifting for you.

Your Commission

  • Coaching Fees: You keep 100% of your Coaching fees on your personal clients. You bill directly through your telehealth portal
  • Earn commissions of the sales of Nutrition Factors products and services (see commission plan)
  • Receive referrals (when available), However, if Nutrition Factors provides pre-paid referral clients to Affiliate Partner, the Affiliate Partner will receive a commission through the affiliate portal.
  • Receive recognition and build your reputation.

Training and Assist Commission

Nutrition Factors offers an extra incentive commission on Commission Plan 3 for qualifying Affiliate Partners. The Team Leader receives extra commissions to train and assist other Affiliate Partners. 

The purpose of this position is to help other Affiliate Partners:

  • Get started
  • Divide referrals among Affiliate Partners in a specific geographical area,
  • Answer questions from team members
  • Train, assist other Affiliate Partners with counseling of their patients (if needed)
  • Help other Affiliate Partners with menu plans (within your scope of Practice)
  • The company will introduce Team Leads to Health Coaches, Personal Trainers and others who request help. In order to participate in this plan, the Coach must have a paid monthly subscription to the coaching portal. The training Affiliate Partner will be compensated to help the new affiliate get started with the Coaching portal.  If the training Affiliate Partner is a Dietitian, the Dietitian can help other Affiliate Partner’s with nutrition assessment and menu plans
  • Recognize achievement, performance and loyalty to Team Leader that help other Affiliate Partners with their business
  • Cost to train other coaches
