In a medium mixing bowl combine COMPLETE LIFESTYLE Protein and chia seeds. Add almond milk and whisk. Once all ingredients are mixed together set the bowl aside for 10 minutes to allow the pudding to form and thicken. When the pudding is thicker add frozen blueberries and stir again.
In two glasses add a heaping spoonful of granola of your choice (to make your own using one of our granola recipes CLICK HERE). Add a spoonful of yogurt on top of the granola then divide the blueberry pudding into the two cups over the yogurt. You can sprinkle a little more COMPLETE LIFESTYLE Vanilla on top of the parfait for added sweetness.
